Pricing and Payment
a. All prices displayed for the artwork are in the specified currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
c. In the event of a pricing error or discrepancy, I reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund or offer the artwork at the correct price.
Shipping and Delivery
a. I aim to ship the artwork to the specified shipping address within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
b. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the buyer will be the buyer's responsibility.
c. I take utmost care in packaging the artwork to ensure its safe delivery. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please contact me immediately to initiate a resolution process.
Returns and Refunds
a. I understand that purchasing art online may not always meet expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receiving the artwork to discuss the issue.
b. Returns and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and any associated shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
c. Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned artwork is received and inspected.
